Peace Lutheran Church
As Christians united in faith through the Holy Spirit, we exist to give praise, honor and glory to the Triune God, to nurture the family of God through His Word, and to reach out to all people with the good news of everlasting life.
"I just want some peace and quiet!" Have you ever said that?
Today a person's life can be filled with a whole lot of activity, a whole lot of exhaustion, a whole lot of stress. Sometimes we just want to hop off the merry-go-round.
Jesus says to us, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you." Did you catch that? "My peace." What we need to know is that we can have God's peace even though there is chaos all around us.
The peace that Jesus talks about is not the absence of difficulties/problems/challenges but the presence of God no matter what the difficulties/problems/challenges.
You can find out more about God's peace by joining us for worship at 9:00 am on Sunday or 6:30 pm on Thursday, by attending our Bible classes, by requesting a private consultation with our pastor. We'd love for you to be a part of our church family!
